Our Classic Smiley® Cookies are approximately 4 inches in diameter, while Mini sized cookies are approximately 2.5 inches in diameter.

Are Smiley® Cookies individually wrapped?

Yes. Every cookie is individually wrapped to help maintain freshness and make sharing easy.

How long will Smiley® Cookies stay fresh?

While the memories last forever, our Smiley® Cookies are best enjoyed within 60 days. We are proud to freshly bake Smiley® Cookies daily and wrap each one individually to preserve freshness. When you receive your cookies, they’re happily stored at room temperature.

Is your product a hard or soft sugar cookie?

One of the hallmarks of our delicious Smiley® Cookies is the unique, one-of-a-kind texture, which unlike soft-baked sugar cookies, has a bit of a snap when you sink your teeth into them.

What are your shipping & delivery time frames?

We use UPS to deliver Smiles straight to your door, with Standard, Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air options available. While UPS manages delivery, we recommend selecting a ship date 3-4 days before your needed date to allow for possible delays.

Orders typically ship within one week, as all cookies are freshly baked. Custom orders require additional production time and usually ship within 7–14 business days. Available delivery dates are shown at checkout based on production timelines. For faster delivery, we recommend choosing one of our ready-to-ship options

What is ShipInsure and why should I add it to my order?

Shipinsure protects your package if it is lost or damaged while leaving our facility. For only $0.98, you can file a claim with Shipinsure and receive a replacement or reimbursement if something happens to your package.
